darling, i suppose you’re in a rush, but if it’s possible, i’d like one a birthday cake either the day before thanksgiving or on thanksgiving. i’ll pick it up if that helps.

if you can’t do, don’t worry. i’ll order another at another time.

Hi Gina–The 1/2 sheet sounds perfect. I’d prefer mocha cake with mocha creme filling and vanilla butter cream frosting–Please let me know if these are NOT good choices and I’ll revise! ( I’m presuming you use REAL buttercream). Do you decorate at all–or just add HB and name? Is there any problem with your delivering it to me by noon 12/10 and our eating it that evening? Thanks Gina. (I also have been asked to order a smaller cake for 12/16–but the recipient is counting on some decorative stuff and is VERY finicky about REAL chocolate!!–Let me know your thoughts–Thanks, again, PJE

gina darling, that was the very best cake in the whole wide world, and so were the cookies you made the next week. you are by far the best baker in eastern massachusetts. and you use the best ingredients — real butter and the purest, tastiest chocolate. i won’t miss your cookie sale for the world. xoxo xoxo gs

    Hi Gina:
I am wondering if you use alcohol in some of your fillings and icings? I am trying to decide and like the choices but cannot use alocohol in my diet.

Please let me know as I would like to order a cake for my brothers 24th bday on Friday the 18th. How much is delivery to Beverly off exit 20B down Rt 128 too please? I want you to have enough time to bake the cake and noticed you need at least 48 hours.

    thx, Jen

    Hi Gina,

I’ve decided on the 12″ (i know this adds to price by $12, am i right?). This will be a square cake, marble with choc mousse and fresh whipped cream. Flowers would be lovely — how does that work?
